The Information Center

Taylor MI 48180

Website: www.theinfocenter.info
Services Offered:
The Information Center, Inc. is able to help, with the generous support of our donors, through two avenues.
Adopt-A-Family: Donors are supplied with the first names and the "wish list" of a local family. The donors purchase gifts for the family and deliver them to TIC offices, where they are then distributed to the families. This is the most rewarding way to support a family in need of a "hand-up" at the holidays.
Gift Certificates/Cash Donations: Some donors prefer to purchase gift certificates to help a individual or family meet a special need, or make a cash donation to The Center, who in turn, purchases gift certificates or gifts for individuals and families. The Center's trained staff thoroughly interviews each client to verify their need for help before distributing any form of assistance. We also meet regularly with other agencies to assure that there is no duplication of services. If you are interested in helping a local resident OR need assistance, please contact our office for more information. Assistance is limited, so please contact us early if you require assistance for your family.
